 November 2015
      President's Message

I found I could say things with color and shapes that I couldn't say any other way
                                        - things I had no words for.

We Did It Again!

The Pine Mountain Scrappers made 100 + 3 quilts and 98 + more pillow case tote bags for this year's Comfort Zone.  We also have 52 pairs of knit slippers, 133 pairs of socks and
over 75 pieces of new underwear.
Carole Beigle made clothes for 5 Cabbage Patch dolls.

The guild received Comfort Zone donations:
Brand new Beanie Babies
from Maggie Reese

$100 worth of socks and underwear from the Pine Mountain Knitting Guild
in addition to the above.

$75 from Elaine Goodchild
via Mary Tondreau

and Sally Glenn made many of the tote bags!
She and Felicity worked together on a number of quilts
as well.
Kay Anderson has donated fabric and notions to Comfort Zone from her shop throughout the years.
Thanks to the anonymous donors who drop off quilting supplies to the Pool Pavilion for us.
And a standing ovation for Carol and Felicity for organizing and inspiring us so we could reach our goal!
